What's in the box?
Each bi-monthly (every other month) box contains carefully curated, quality, ingredient driven, aesthetically and texturally beautiful skincare products that deserve to be discovered. The Embellish box includes 2 full-size and 1 deluxe sample, while the Enhance box includes 3 full-size and 1 deluxe sample.
What box will I receive?
The first box you receive will be the one specified at the time of subscription purchase, with subsequent boxes being delivered bi-monthly. More details about the current and next box can be found on the ‘Our Box’ page.
How much does a subscription cost?
The Embellish bi-monthly subscription costs £45 per box (billed every second month), while the Enhance bi-monthly subscription costs £65 per box (billed every second month)

Can I gift a subscription to someone?
Yes! You can choose 'Gift' at checkout and it will ask you the number of boxes you would like to gift (1, 3, 6 or 12)

Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of order shipment confirmation for your box to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only able to ship to mainland UK though are working on a solution for our friends overseas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of our subscription/one-time-purchase boxes.
How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped you'll receive a confirmation email from your delivery partner with tracking information.
What should I do if an item is damaged?
We carefully pack our products and boxes, but should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please e-mail us as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: order number, full name, address, affected item(s), and details about the issue.
What should I do if an item is missing?
We quality assure our box packing process, but should you receive a box with a missing item, please e-mail us as soon as possible via email@example.com with the following information: order number, full name, address, and name of missing item(s).

What is a 'one time box'?
A one-time box does not include a subscription, so you are only charged for that box.
How much does a 'one time box' cost?
Our Embellish one-time box costs £55, while our Enhance one-time box costs £75.
Can I gift a 'one time box'?
Absolutely! Simply choose "This is a gift" at checkout.
